The Workouts 3/14 – 3/20

Whew!  Time flies during field season!!

3/14 – Off

3/15 – 5 mile run – out and back on asphalt.  Breezy.

3/16 – weights

3/17 – 5 mile run – 1.5 miles on asphalt, 3.5 on dirt and yoga

3/18 – 5 mile run – out and back on asphalt

3/19 – 4 mile run and yoga

3/20 – 6 mile run

The mileage is not what I wanted but… it is what it is.
